The Champlain-des-Pommetiers Accommodation Center is located on the South Shore, at the intersection of Highway 20 and the Richelieu River, in Beloeil. The Champlain-des-Pommetiers accommodation center, with many large windows, offers lots of light and a view of two landscaped gardens. The recently constructed building has obtained LEED certification. Several services are located nearby, including a CLSC, a cinema, ficial institutions and a service station. The Champlain-des-Pommetiers Accommodation Center welcomes 132 residents in single rooms with a bathroom. A family room is offered to accommodate families. A small living room with a fireplace is also fitted out to receive visitors. Residents eat on the ground floor or in the dining rooms of the units with table service. Une chambre familiale est offerte pour accueillir les familles. Un petit salon avec un foyer est aussi aménagé pour recevoir les visiteurs. Les résidents mangent au rez-de-chaussée ou dans les salles à manger des unités avec service aux tables. De plus, le centre compte un balcon par étage, deux grands jardins aménagés avec balançoires, un salon de coiffure et un oratoire pour le recueillement.
