La Résidence Héritage est située à Saint-Hubert sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal. Elle accueille les personnes âgées retraitées, autonomes ou semi-autonomes, mais aussi celles nécessitant un court séjour. Le personnel de la résidence possède également une expertise en matière de soins pour les personnes atteintes d’Alzheimer et pertes cognitives.
On y offre de nombreux forfaits d’hébergement de courte ou de longue durée en fonction des besoins personnels du résident. Avec ses 45 unités, la résidence privée peut accueillir un total de 48 personnes.
Résidence Héritage; un environnement invitant et relaxant
Munie d’un cinéma maison et d’un piano, la Résidence Héritage possède un jardin communautaire en plus d’offrir des cours de chant. Selon l’horaire établi, des activités et des sorties à l’extérieur sont organisées par un animateur.
Les installations permettent aux résidents de poursuivre un style de vie actif et valorisant dans un environnement sécuritaire, invitant et relaxant. Des balançoires à l’extérieur de la résidence et un gazebo sont même installés pour le confort de tous.
À noter que les animaux ne sont pas autorisés dans les logements !
Les services inclus en résidence pour ainés
Les résidents peuvent avoir accès à la formule 3 repas par jour, à la buanderie et à la télé. Les entretiens ménager, de la literie et des vêtements sont également inclus et effectués par le personnel de l’établissement. Un accompagnateur se fera un plaisir d’aider chaque ainé dans ses déplacements à l’épicerie ou à la pharmacie. Une coiffeuse est disponible pour leur faire une beauté à même la résidence.
En plus d’avoir l’aide au bain, à l’habillement et à l’alimentation, les résidents auront la chance d’avoir la visite de médecins pour assurer leur bien-être et leur sécurité. L’administration et la distribution des médicaments sont également réalisées en plus des soins d’hygiène et de pied.

Heritage Residence; an inviting and relaxing environment
Equipped with a home theater and a piano, Résidence Héritage has a community garden in addition to offering singing lessons. According to the established schedule, outdoor activities and outings are organized by a facilitator.
The facilities allow residents to pursue an active and rewarding lifestyle in a safe, inviting, and relaxing environment. Swings outside the residence and a gazebo are even installed for everyone’s comfort.
Please note that animals are not allowed in the accommodation!
Services included in a residence for seniors
Residents can have access to the formula 3 meals a day, laundry, and TV. Housekeeping, bedding, and clothing are also included and carried out by the staff of the establishment. A companion will be happy to help each senior in their trips to the grocery store or the pharmacy. A hairdresser is available to give them a makeover right in the residence.
In addition to having assistance with bathing, dressing, and eating, residents will have the chance to have the visit of doctors to ensure their well-being and safety. The administration and distribution of medications are also carried out in addition to hygiene and foot care.
